Project Manager, Worldwide Distributor Business Practices and Compliance
About the Role
As a Project Manager in the Worldwide Distributor Business Practices & Compliance (MPC) team, you will drive global, cross‑functional projects that strengthen our business practices and support distributor operations across markets. You’ll act as the key coordination point between business units, IT Systems teams, and end users — ensuring smooth execution, clear communication, and alignment with strategic goals. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment, influence global processes, and partner directly with senior leaders.
In this Role You Will
- Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational and departmental objectives.
- Develop project plans, define scope and deliverables, and establish success metrics.
- Facilitate clear and proactive communication across global stakeholder groups.
- Coordinate and guide cross‑functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and engagement.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through structured planning and adaptive strategies.
- Monitor project performance using Microsoft 365 and other enterprise tools, providing actionable insights.
- Work closely with regional MPC teams and the Worldwide MPC Training & Analytics team to support communication, training, and documentation.
- Promote continuous improvement by embedding best practices and supporting business transformation initiatives.
Our Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a global or matrixed environment.
- PMP certification (required).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse global stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Planner, SharePoint) and project management methodologies.
- Experience in system implementation, process optimization, and end‑user support.
- Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
