Project Management Specialist - EMEA (Temporary Contract for 24 months)

About the role:
As the Project Management Specialist - EMEA, you will work cross-functionally to guide, support, and lead project team members on product-related projects across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for managing the full project scope, from formulation through the commercialization phase, ensuring smooth execution and alignment across multiple stakeholders. Projects managed by you may include new product launches, reformulations of existing products, and transfers of existing items between suppliers.
In this role, you will:
- Drive projects through all phases, from concept development through product availability at local distribution centers across the region,
- Create and manage project timelines by identifying dependencies and critical paths,
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner as projects evolve,
- Define and drive project milestones within required timelines,
- Identify and escalate risks that may impact product timelines and secure senior management approval when required,
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential challenges, and develop contingency plans,
- Facilitate communication between team members located across Corporate and Regional offices,
- Support team members in maintaining accurate project information within Agile systems,
- Maintain ongoing communication with Project Management team members and build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams across different locations,
- Demonstrate strong process understanding while applying flexibility and creativity to adjust timelines based on project needs,
- Regularly publish agendas, project timelines, and project notes to all stakeholders,
- Support additional project-related activities as required.
Our Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in a project management environment or equivalent experience working with Oracle Agile systems and related processes,
- Experience working in cross-functional, cross-departmental, and multicultural environments within a matrix organization,
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent,
- Self-motivated with strong leadership and communication skills,
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments,
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail,
- Database proficiency,
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities,
- Excellent command of English.
