About the role:
As a Trainee in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) team within Finance, you will support end-to-end P2P processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution of transactions. You will gain exposure to vendor data management, procurement support, and transactional activities, working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
In this role, you will:
- Support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Maintain vendor and distributor data in Oracle and Procurement Cloud
- Prepare reports and support data analysis
- Resolve queries related to P2P activities
- Participate in team meetings and process-related calls
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
Our requirements:
- Final-year student
- Good command of English (B1/B2)
- Very good command of Polish (C1)
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Previous experience in finance is a plus
- Availability: minimum 30 hours/week
