As the Sr. Manager - Events & Experience you will be responsible for planning and managing executing team towards high impact events that align with organizational goals and objective while ensuring end to end seamless operations, experience and budget alignment are managed. In this role you will drive distributor engagement, loyalty, experience, motivation, recognition through high-end, professionally managed & executed events to boost distributor business & performance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
1. Associate / Distributor-Centric Event Strategy
- Align with Sales team to Plan national distributor events aligned with business growth goals
- Design events that drive business enhancements, motivation, recognition, and performance
- Align event objectives to build specific business targets, product launches, skill development and leadership development of the associates.
2. Budgeting & Commercial Accountability
- Own event budgets with focus on cost-efficiency and ROI
- Optimize spend across venues, travel, production, and hospitality
- Track outcomes such as distributor engagement, retention, and productivity
- Plan effective and efficient promotions, rewards and awards programs for the different target group to enhance business returns.
- Work with financial team for Pre & Post event budgetary activities.
- Work closely with the sourcing team for purchase & contracting activities.
3. Cross-Functional & Distributor Coordination
- Work closely with sales, training, marketing, communication and leadership teams.
- Coordinate with distributor leadership for participation and alignment
- Ensure clear roll out of pre and post events communications to relevant stakeholders (internal & external) for proper channeling of information as per timelines.
4. Vendor, Venue & Travel Management
- Manage large-scale logistics including venues, accommodation, travel, and food
- Finalize and oversee vendors (AV, stage, branding, digital platforms)
- Ensure smooth on-ground execution across multiple locations including domestic and international events as applicable.
5. Event Experience & Brand Alignment
- Ensure consistent corporate branding and messaging is carried out.
- Co-ordinate with world wide stake holders for event specific branding, content management is carried out that is relevant and suitable to the local market.
- Curate impactful agendas: leadership talks, recognition, training, product showcases
- Elevate distributor experience through engagement, professionalism and managing timelines without any variations.
6. Recognition & Awards Management
- Design and manage distributor recognition programs to enhance recognition programs and experience.
- Bring innovative ideas and thoughts to bring motivation in awards and rewards.
- Ensure transparent qualification criteria and flawless award execution
- Coordinate trophies, certificates, and on-stage recognition flow
7. Risk, Compliance & Crisis Handling
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Manage safety, crowd control, and contingency planning
- Handle last-minute changes, escalations, and crisis situations
- Work with global security team to adhere to the security, crowd management policies and risk mitigation. Permissions and licenses co-ordination with the vendors to ensure all required documents are available and complete before the event.
8. Measurement & Post-Event Impact
- Measure success through attendance, feedback, sales momentum of the attendees.
- Collect distributor insights for future improvement
- Present post-event reports to relevant stake holders.
