About the role:
In this role, you will support Independent Members (our Distributors) by educating them on business rules, policies, and regulatory requirements, while also monitoring and addressing potential violations. You’ll work closely with different stakeholders across the organization and play a key role in protecting both the brand reputation and the customer experience.
This position combines analytical work, stakeholder interaction, and a strong focus on communication - making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people while ensuring structure and compliance in the business environment.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate and support ethics and compliance activities within the Greece & Cyprus markets.
- Act as a point of contact for local compliance matters and authority-related topics.
- Deliver and coordinate training for Members on rules of conduct and policies.
- Maintain records and documentation related to compliance cases and training.
- Support the Manager and collaborate closely with MPC Advisors and EMEA teams.
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of internal processes, procedures, and policies.
- Work closely with stakeholders across different functions and organizational levels.
- Support investigation and resolution of compliance cases and policy violations.
- Contribute to improving processes, communication, and member education within the team.
- Promote a fair, ethical, and compliant business environment.
Our requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a service-oriented environment.
- College level education or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
- Native-level Greek and fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Experience working in a structured environment with policies, guidelines, or compliance processes.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office and general administrative/analytical skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to summarize and present key information.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across cultures and organizational levels.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Experience in compliance, investigation, legal, or regulatory environments is an advantage.
