Position Summary
The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer Specialist at our Bangalore Global Business Services Center will focus on developing automation solutions to improve efficiency and services across Herbalife. You will bring to bear your highly developed sense of logic and experience with RPA technologies to make significant improvements.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Develop, build, test & validate automation scripts for various projects
- Coordinate user acceptance testing alongside solution designers and Process Owners
- Provide implementation and post-production support for live scripts, assist in addressing broken ones, update for new scenarios, and optimize for efficiency improvement
- Engage with Global Technology Services to ensure adherence to standards and processes
- Work together with the Process Analysis team or SMEs to clarify and improve requirements
- Determine re-usability of components and build new reusable components based on solution design and good practices
- Support Operational Teams during rollouts and document Solution Definition
- Provide intensive support following the production release in collaboration with the Process Owner
- Operate within project planning limits, report recognized project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager, and assist in the change control process
Required Qualifications
Skills:
- Software development skills in R, Python, .Net, VBA, or other languages
- Expertise in process evaluation and development
- Strong build, coding, testing, and debugging skills
- A strong desire to learn and stay updated on emerging digital technologies
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for applying technology to automate tasks and processes
- Experience in business analysis, system build, business process re-engineering, and change management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge in IT, accounting, finance, and/or operations
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Proficiency in identifying and addressing client needs, building relationships, prioritizing tasks, and communicating potential conflicts
Languages:
- Advanced English proficiency (90%)
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with UiPath (preferred), Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, MS Power Platform, or other commercial automation tools
- Advanced proficiency in VBA
- Experience with Microsoft Power platform automation tools (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science
- Certified RPA developer
Preferred Qualifications
- UiPath advanced developer certification
- Experience with PowerShell
- Experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts
