Overview

POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT 

The Associate Services consultant position supports Herbalife’s Vision, Mission, and Values through excellent and professional customer service by assisting frontline officers and Associates with all business inquiries. The position is responsible for processing walk-in orders, accepting documents from Associates and Preferred customers, and updating records in relevant applications. The associate Services Officer is also responsible for making outbound calls to clear the pending pick-up. All interactions are entered and tracked on the Herbalife Contact Management (HCM). Handles Customer inquiries and takes full ownership of inquiries through troubleshooting, researching, and providing proper resolution to customers. Supports the Herbalife philosophy by promoting new products, sales tools, and marketing campaigns. Possesses excellent knowledge of Herbalife marketing plan, product information, and Sales and Communication information.

Interact with all levels of Associates and Customers.

 

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations

  • Handle front desk activities including cash management, receipts, and data entry.
  • Reconcile daily transactions and share reports within the defined TAT.
  • Receive, track, and update documents in the system accurately and on time.
  • Manage walkin applications by keying in details promptly.
  • Maintain proper filing of records and share reports through the appropriate channels.
  • Support crossfunctional teams such as Call Center and Records when required.
  • Be flexible to support nearby locations based on operational needs.
  • Adhere to locationspecific cash discrepancy and compliance policies.
  • Handle queries or situations at the counter with sound judgment in coordination with the Team Lead/Floor Supervisor.

 

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the location as needed.
  • Once confirmed and designated as senior staff, ensure tasks are completed by the team.
  • Identify operational challenges and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve them.

 

Local Sales Event Support

  • Participate in local sales events when required.
  • Ensure accurate reconciliation of event transactions and timely submission of reports.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate (any discipline)
  • Open to Male / Female candidates
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in front office operations, billing, and cash handling
  • Strong commitment, flexibility, and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities
