THE ROLE
The Payroll Analyst validates payroll outputs for assigned EMEA countries, ensuring accurate processing, controls, and timely resolution of payroll queries. Reporting to the Payroll Supervisor, the role supports stakeholders, payroll operations, and system activities.
The Payroll Analyst serves as a Payroll SME for system configuration, interfaces, testing, and implementations, with a focus on efficiency and documentation. The role also provides backup to the Payroll Administrator and supports ADP payroll solutions across EMEA, including Payroll, Time Management, General Ledger, and system integrations.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE
- Ensure accurate and timely validation of monthly payroll data in accordance with established controls, payroll compliance requirements, and all stages of the payroll cycle.
- Prepare standard and ad hoc payroll reports using reporting tools to support payroll operations, stakeholders, and internal/external audit requirements.
- Support internal stakeholders and respond promptly to employee payroll queries via MySupport tickets.
- Manage change control activities related to system configuration changes, interface enhancements, and new developments.
- Develop a strong understanding of all internal payroll policies and procedures and ensure strict adherence to processes defined by the Payroll Leads.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the payroll team, aligned with Herbalife’s mission, vision, and values.
- Interact effectively with all levels within the organization, including distributors, customers, and external vendors.

Skills
- Fluent in English; proficiency in one additional European language is a strong plus.

Experience
- 1–3 years of hands-on payroll processing experience for EMEA countries, with mandatory experience managing payroll for France and Germany.
- Functional and technical payroll operations experience in an ADP environment, preferably using ADP Celergo.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, statutory reporting requirements, and compliance, including federal and multi-state payroll taxes where applicable.
- Experience with system integrations between payroll platforms, vendors, and internal systems (e.g., ADP Celergo, ADP eTime, and other internal Herbalife systems).
- Background in payroll process design, metrics tracking, project management, and change management initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with MS Project and Access is a plus.
- Experience managing interface design and payroll automation, requiring both technical expertise and functional payroll knowledge.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
