About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced Mobility & Immigration Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for both domestic and international employee mobilizations, supporting employees, business leaders, and HRBPs throughout the entire mobility lifecycle.
You’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless and compliant mobility experience, including managing work visas across multiple countries and partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors. You’ll also support the development of a best‑in‑class global mobility program focused on innovation, efficiency, and a positive employee experience.
In this role, you will:
- Manage end‑to‑end mobility processes, including cost estimates, employee briefings, and coordination with external vendors
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, HRBPs, and corporate functions on mobility strategies and policies across multiple regions
- Serve as the regional point of contact for mobility consultations, policies, and governance
- Support the Global Mobility Manager with program operations, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with payroll, finance, and accounts payable teams globally to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Lead and support year‑end compensation accumulation and imputed income processes
- Collaborate with immigration providers to develop strategies and manage work visa applications and renewals
- Stay up to date with global mobility trends, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Ensure a high level of employee experience throughout the entire mobility lifecycle
Our requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in global mobility, immigration, or related fields (including tax exposure)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of global mobility processes, compliance, and immigration requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to work with diverse, global stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Analytical thinking with a proactive and solution‑oriented approach
- High level of discretion and understanding of confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- Global mindset with cultural awareness and adaptability
- Nice to have: additional language skills and/or GMS certification
