ROLE AT A GLANCE:
This position will be responsible for providing strategic and practical legal support to the business in India, enabling sustainable growth while managing legal and regulatory risks. The Manager – Legal will act as a trusted business partner to cross‑functional teams, advise on complex legal matters, oversee litigation and contract management, and coordinate with external counsel and regulatory authorities. The role requires strong judgment, business acumen, and the ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced environment.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Provide strategic, solution‑oriented legal advice and support to all cross‑functional teams, enabling informed business decision‑making.
- Identify, analyze and assess legal, regulatory and business risks and support the business.
- Review, drafting and negotiating contracts.
- Drafting plaints, complaints, notices, replies, written statements and other related documents.
- Handling litigations, notices and complaints from regulatory authorities and 3rd parties.
- Liasioning with regulatory authorities.
- Reviewing and approving product labels, claims, marketing materials, training materials, events related materials etc.
- Litigation and Contract management.
- Day to day coordination with external counsel/law firms.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide pro -active, practical, qualitative legal support and guidance
