We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as Officer – Talent Acquisition with Herbalife, Bangalore - GBS. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships and providing support for recruitment activities to ensure the timely and effective sourcing, screening, and onboarding of top talent.

Skills:
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and other talent partners to ensure alignment with company goals and standards.
- Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for vendor-supplied candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs and requirements, and provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process for Temp positions
- Review vendor performance metrics and provide feedback to ensure quality of service and adherence to service level agreements. Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and negotiations to optimize service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and vendor management.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment activities, such as screening, sourcing, scheduling shortlisted candidates for interview discussion and coordinating recruitment events or initiatives.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience of working in a shared service model will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of vendor management processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
