About the role:

As a Marketing Coordinator – SCE & Malta, you will support the daily operations of the Marketing Department, with a primary focus on digital marketing, social media (including community management), and the execution of sponsorship and partnership programs. Your responsibilities will include management of social media channels, organization and implementation of PR and digital marketing campaigns, sponsorship activities, event support, localization and monitoring of promotional materials, maintenance of promotional calendar.

In this role, you will also build and nurture strong relationships with sponsors, influencers, corporate partners, and supporters, including marketing agencies. Additionally, you will provide administrative support and manage back-office tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Lead digital marketing and sponsorship efforts
  • Collaborate with Member Services, Logistics, Sales, and EMEA Marketing and Digital Marketing teams to ensure successful campaigns and accurate information in weekly bulletins
  • Provide updated tools, such as flyers, ExactTarget materials, and web pages, while keeping all relevant departments informed
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute digital advertising campaigns
  • Manage online communities and foster engagement
  • Develop, implement, and monitor the company’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness and enhance marketing efforts
  • Coordinate translations of marketing materials for the region and ensure their distribution
  • Support daily departmental operations and coordinate actions
  • Contribute to and assist with other departmental tasks as appropriate
  • Monitor user engagement and propose content optimization strategies
  • Recommend methods and strategies for continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, sponsor partners, and influencers to create a strong network
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital and social media technologies, trends, and best practices.

 

Our requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, and social media
  • Expertise in social media strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Familiarity with SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs
  • Basic understanding of web design and publishing; web design or animation skills are a plus
  • Experience in project management
  • University degree (MBA or equivalent is an advantage)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of design tools such as Canva
  • Critical thinker and effective problem solver
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible, self-motivated, and reliable under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude
  • Availability to travel within Croatia and abroad, including occasional weekends.
