ROLE AT A GLANCE:
This role will act as a key enabler to the National Sales Head by managing day-to-day sales operations, reporting, validation, and coordination activities. This role ensures the smooth functioning of sales processes by owning transactional and operational responsibilities, enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities.The role requires strong analytical capability, stakeholder coordination, and operational rigor to support effective decision-making and seamless execution across regions.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Handle documentation, scheduling, and administrative tasks related to sales operations and coordination
- Ensure readiness of materials, data, and logistics for leadership engagements
- Act as a liaison between the Sales Head and regional teams to gather data, insights, and updates and ensure timely communication.
- Manage, validate, and consolidate sales data, reports, dashboards, and databases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
- Support planning meetings, leadership discussions, and strategic reviews
- Support planning and coordination of sales meetings, conferences, and reviews
- Analyze data to generate actionable insights for leadership decision-making
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 3 – 5 years
Skills/Certifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience in sales support or sales operations is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and manage.
