ROLE AT A GLANCE:
This role will lead key programs towards the organization’s digital transformation initiative, aiming to create a unified, modern digital experience for distributors and customers. The planning, execution, and governance of key digital initiatives for Herbalife India. It requires someone who can bridge technology, product, marketing, and business operations in the Indian market, ensuring it is adapted for local needs, compliant, and operationally ready.The role will drive initiatives such as Pro2col, the Loyalty program operations, digital program development, website/app enhancements, and BAU digital communications. This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role requiring strong program management, digital operations expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders across India and global teams.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- New Digital Program Development
- Digital program ownership: Lead the planning and rollout of new digital initiatives (e.g., new apps, microsites, digital tools, customer experience enhancements)
- Website & app management: Drive enhancements to Herbalife India’s website and digital assets, working closely with product, UX, publishing, and engineering teams
- Digital commerce & digital media alignment: Collaborate with digital, product, marketing, and communications teams to ensure digital assets are socialized and promoted to distributors and customers
- Roadmap planning: Build and manage digital roadmaps, prioritizing features based on business impact and feasibility.
2. Loyalty Program Operations & Communications
- Loyalty program management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Preferred Customer Loyalty program, including analytics, communication, retention, and customer lifecycle workflows
- Campaign execution: Manage CRM and communication journeys for loyalty members across email, SMS, app, and web.
- Performance tracking: Monitor KPIs, customer engagement, program health, and recommend improvements.
- Compliance alignment: Ensure all loyalty communications meet internal compliance standards.
3. Pro2col India Launch & Platform Management
- Pro2col India adoption: Lead marketing and activation strategies to launch and promote the Pro2col platform for India for adoption among associates and customers
- Cross-functional leadership: Coordinate with global digital teams, India scientific affairs, IT, legal, sales, and strategy teams to ensure feasibility, compliance, and smooth execution
- Platform readiness: Oversee UAT, QA, content readiness, data flows, and integration with Herbalife systems
- Launch Management: Support GTM planning, customer journeys, and operational workflows for launch and scale-up
4. BAU Digital Operations & Communications
- Digital operations governance: Manage BAU digital workflows, content updates, analytics, and reporting.
- Content management & digital marketing management: Lead communication planning and digital marketing execution for digital programs across social media, CRM, website, and other marketing levers to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption
- Stakeholder communication: Serve as the central point of coordination for digital operations across internal teams and global counterparts.
- Analytics & insights: Track performance across digital channels (web, app, CRM, campaigns) and provide actionable insights.
- Process optimization: Identify opportunities in digital processes and implement improvements for efficiency and scalability.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced degrees (Masters, MBA)
Experience & Skills
- 12+ years
- Extensive experience in digital platforms is a must.
- At least 3+ years’ experience in Consumer Goods/Food & Beverages/D2C/Digital First Brands
- Knowledge of consumer-packaged goods company operations and best practices
- Demonstrated engagement or interest in the health and fitness community.
- Extensive knowledge of digital media such as social media platforms, SEO, and influencer marketing
- Should have a keen eye for detail, creative mindset, and a problem-solving approach.
