About the role:
As Marketing & Communication Coordinator, you’ll build on your experience and take real ownership of how our local marketing campaigns come to life, helping plan them, keeping all the moving parts on track, and making sure the right message reaches our distributor network at the right time.

You already know your way around the fundamentals of marketing and communication, and you’re ready to step up. We’ll surround you with an experienced team, give you ownership from day one, and invest in your development in a fast-paced international environment.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns: drive the planning and execution of local campaigns, keeping timelines, tasks and stakeholders aligned so nothing slips
  • Produce marketing materials: coordinate the creation and distribution of campaign assets with internal teams and external vendors
  • Tailor Global & Regional communications to the local market, ensuring consistency with global strategy while maximizing local relevance and engagement
  • Create templates, decks and reports: build presentations and reporting that make campaigns easy to run and easy to measure
  • Manage clear, consistent communication with our distributor network, aligned with company values
  • Support social media activity: content preparation, scheduling and engagement
  • Help organise and run events, including logistics and on-site support
  • Gather feedback with the team to make each campaign better than the last

Our requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field (equivalent practical experience is welcome too)
  • A first professional experience (typically 1–3 years) in marketing & communication, you’re past your first job and ready to take ownership
  • Native-level Dutch, essential; fluent English is also required, and French is a strong plus given the Belgian market
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with genuine attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage several campaigns, tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • A proactive, collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfort with digital tools and social media platforms, plus a solid grasp of marketing fundamentals and content creation
  • Experience coordinating campaigns or events or working with external vendors is an advantage
  • Photography, videography, or content creation skills are a plus
  • Familiarity with photo and video editing tools is a plus
