About the role:
As a Principal I, Collaboration/End User, you will manage and support Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions, ensuring the effective administration of collaboration tools, licenses, security groups, and compliance processes. You will oversee Microsoft Teams and SharePoint environments, support automation through PowerShell, Power Apps, and Power Automate, and drive continuous improvements across collaboration platforms.
Working closely with business stakeholders and end users, you will design and implement solutions that enhance productivity, automate processes, and deliver an excellent user experience across the organization.
In this role you will:
- Manage and support the Microsoft 365 environment, including user accounts, licenses, security groups, tenant configuration, compliance controls, and security best practices.
- Administer Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online, including team and site provisioning, permissions management, governance, and ongoing platform maintenance.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative processes, improve operational efficiency, and support platform monitoring and reporting.
- Design, build, and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to streamline business processes and deliver scalable digital solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify automation opportunities, and translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate environments to ensure a reliable and seamless end-user experience.
- Lead enterprise-wide collaboration initiatives, establish platform standards, and provide technical leadership for collaboration and productivity technologies.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to end users while driving adoption and continuous improvement of collaboration
- Manage software licensing governance, utilization reporting, cost optimization, and compliance across collaboration and productivity platforms.
- Develop and maintain governance standards for collaboration platforms, including external sharing, retention policies, lifecycle management, and compliance controls.
- Create and maintain operational dashboards and reporting for platform adoption, service health, license utilization, compliance posture, and business outcomes.
- Support Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered workplace solutions, including governance, adoption, licensing, and compliance considerations.
Our requirements:
Must Have
Technical Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 Administration and SharePoint Online.
- Experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365, including user management, licenses, permissions, security, and governance.
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell or another scripting/programming language used for automation and administration.
- Experience designing and supporting Power Apps applications and business solutions.
- Fluent English (min.C1 level), both written and spoken.
- Experience with Power Automate and broader Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams administration and governance.
- Experience with OneDrive administration.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 licensing and reporting.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 security and compliance (Purview preferred).
- Experience working in a global enterprise environment.
- Microsoft Copilot/Copilot Studio.
- Microsoft Graph API.
- Azure/Entra ID administration.
- Viva Suite knowledge.
- Experience managing enterprise governance programs.
Nice to Have
Technical Skills
- Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development.
- Experience developing solutions using TypeScript, React, and SCSS.
- Experience integrating with Microsoft Graph API and SharePoint REST APIs.
- Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI.
