Trainee in the Finance Team

Your responsibilities:
- Supporting the Accounts Payable team in processing invoices, travel & entertainment (T&E) expenses, and intercompany transactions.
- Assisting with processing payments to third-party vendors, employees, and Herbalife Members.
- Resolving Accounts Payable queries and supporting communication with internal stakeholders.
- Participating in team meetings and process-related calls.
- Supporting the Accounts Payable team in daily operational activities and performing ad hoc tasks assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.
Our requirements:
- Student or graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Good command of English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (intermediate level preferred).
- Knowledge of Oracle or another ERP system will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Customer-focused mindset and good communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
