ROLE AT A GLANCE:
The Regional Manager is responsible for leading and growing the business across the region by developing and executing regional sales strategies, strengthening distributor engagement, expanding market penetration, and driving sustainable revenue growth. The role provides leadership to multiple sales managers and teams, translating national business objectives into region-specific plans and ensuring execution excellence.This position is accountable for regional business performance, distributor development, market expansion, sales force effectiveness, event and promotion execution, operational planning, and cross-functional collaboration. The Regional Manager serves as a key strategic partner to the sales leadership team by providing market insights, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing initiatives that drive organizational objectives and long-term business success.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with national sales objectives and growth priorities.
- Drive topline growth, market penetration, distributor productivity, and regional business performance.
- Identify emerging opportunities, new markets, growth segments, and business development initiatives within the region.
- Analyze regional business trends, sales performance, market dynamics, and distributor productivity to formulate action plans and corrective measures.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on market intelligence and business insights.
- Support development and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives, promotions, and incentive programs to drive business results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, regional business leaders, and strategic stakeholders.
- Partner with distributor leadership to identify business growth opportunities and capability development needs.
- Ensure effective communication channels between distributors and the organization.
- Serve as a senior representative of the company within the distributor community and regional business ecosystem.
- Drive collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Member Services, Finance, Compliance, and other support functions.
- Oversee planning and execution of regional events, trainings, recognitions, promotions, and business-building initiatives.
- Ensure regional alignment and effective adoption of national and global campaigns, events, and incentive programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment of regional activities and recommend improvements.
- Support development of innovative engagement initiatives to drive distributor motivation and business growth.
- Develop annual operating plans and regional business priorities.
- Manage regional budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Utilize business analytics and performance metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Identify process enhancement opportunities and support implementation of technology-enabled solutions.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and adherence to company policies and ethical business practices.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of regional sales professionals.

Education
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related discipline.
Experience
- 12-15 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership.
- Experience in leading managers and/or sales teams.
- Proven track record of delivering sustainable business growth and market expansion.
- Experience in developing and executing regional business strategies and operating plans.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management, distributor management, and cross-functional leadership
