Project Management Specialist EMEA (Temporary Contract for 36 months)

About the role:
As the Project Management Specialist EMEA, you will work cross-functionally to guide, support, and lead project team members on product-related projects. You will be responsible for managing projects from the formulation stage through to commercialization. These projects may include new product launches, reformulations of existing products, and the transfer of existing products between suppliers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Corporate and Regional offices to ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed timelines and business requirements.
In this role, you will:
- Drive projects through all phases, from concept development to product availability at local distribution centers across the relevant markets,
- Create and manage project timelines, identifying dependencies, critical paths, and key milestones,
- Communicate project expectations, progress, and updates to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner,
- Coordinate project milestones and ensure activities are completed within agreed timelines,
- Identify and escalate risks that may impact project timelines, seeking senior management approval when required,
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential challenges, and develop contingency plans,
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members in Corporate and Regional offices,
- Support project team members in maintaining accurate and up-to-date project information in Oracle Agile,
- Maintain regular communication with other Project Management Team Members and build effective working relationships with stakeholders across different locations,
- Develop a thorough understanding of project processes and adapt timelines creatively and flexibly to meet project needs,
- Regularly prepare and share project agendas, timelines, meeting notes, and status updates with stakeholders,
- Perform other duties as required.
Our Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in project management or a similar role, ideally in an environment using Oracle Agile systems and processes,
- Experience working in cross-functional, cross-departmental, and multicultural teams within a matrix organization,
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent,
- Self-motivated, with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills,
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments,
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail,
- Database proficiency,
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take initiative,
- Excellent command of English.
