Marketing Coordinator - Ukraine

 

About the Role:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating various marketing activities to drive the success of our products in the Ukrainian market. If you have experience in marketing, brand management, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead on-ground product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Work closely with Logistics, Licensing, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, PR & Communications teams.
  • Conduct marketing and consumer research to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage marketing communications, including media campaigns and PR activities.
  • Collaborate with on-ground vendors and in-house teams for effective campaign execution.
  • Oversee sponsorship management and coordinate member tools, materials, and training.
  • Adapt and develop education programs for members and execute consumer promotions.
  • Supervise product launches, ensuring a structured project from SKU release to a 360-degree launch.
  • Collaborate with the licensing group for labels and registration.
  • Prepare sales forecasts for new products and re-forecast as needed to avoid stockouts or scrapping.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, brand/category management, trade marketing, or sales.
  • Experience in sales, service marketing, or direct selling is a plus.
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency is a must.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity.
  • PC literate.

Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY

To lead the following local marketing activities: on ground product launches working closely with cross functional teams in local and RSM office, incl. Logistics, Licensing, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing and PR & Comm; Marketing & Consumer research; Split of Marketing communications, incl. media campaigns (both local and nationwide, tactical and strategic), working closely with on ground vendors (production and media agencies) and in-house teams, PR & communications, sponsorship management, Member tools, materials and trainings; Adaptation and/or development of Members’ education programs, consumers & Member promotions, production.

Lead the strategy and development of all the company’s social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube. Cooperation with creative agencies, setting up obejctives and KPIs, conducting post-campaings analysis. 

To closely cooperate with RSM Marketing Team in order to proactively leverage available best practices (developed programs, campaigns, materials, products, etc.) for the UA market.

Closely cooperate with local Members (specifically S&P group) defining their needs for new tools, materials, trainings, etc. and ensuring their engagement in the marketing initiatives as well as proactively gathering their feedback.

To closely cooperate with country manager, SS&S, Member Services, Logistics departments, Sales Centers to ensure development and execution of the effective Member programs, tools, materials, trainings and promotions as well as products launches & availability.

Lead the development and the production of all marketing materials, including literature and market research documents. To manage print, online, multimedia and other kinds of business tools update and development including copywriting; To closely monitor market needs in terms of tools required to support DMOs. Take a leading role in the growth of the Herbalife business through effective implementation of all Corporate Marketing Programs. Liaise with Corporate Marketing to implement regional and global marketing programs.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Impact:

  • PR and advertising:
  • Effectively cooperate with the PR agency and other PR and advertising vendors to support daily PR activity.
  • Participate in brainstorm and development of PR and advertising strategy for Ukrainian market.
  • Prepare PR and advertising materials including copywriting, interviewing, arranging photo and video shooting etc.
  • Participation in organization of events (launch events, exhibitions, press conference, sport events etc.)
  • Marketing Communications:
  • Social Media channels support and development;
  • Company’s internal and external websites;
  • Distributors E-letters (using Exact target), product communications
  • A range of Marketing Comm tools in Ukraine (adaptation of literature for the Ukrainian market).
  • Product Management: 
  • Supervision of product launches as a structured project from the moment of SKU release and stock produced to the 360 degrees launch.
  • Evaluation of company sales performance in general including product analysis in order to timely provide relevant recommendations to fine tune the Company’s product strategy 
  • Close work with licensing group (labels & registration);
  • Close follow-up of post-launch product performance, developing if required relevant promotion schemes;
  • Work on development of product collaterals and product communications campaigns
  • Sales forecast for new products, re-forecasting if necessary to avoid OOS or scrapping in cooperation with Logistics.
  • Other marketing operations:
  • Product operations – sku requests, EA forms, NPPs – close work with EMEA marketing, finance, pricing group. 

Communications:

  • Within organization: Colleagues from Ukrainian and RSM teams; European and Corporate Colleagues
  • Outside organization: Members, Customers, Local vendors

Innovations:

  • Deep involvement and proactivity in implementation of all possible digital platforms and tools providing Members with innovative approaches and instruments

EDUCATION:

  • University degree in Marketing or Economics
  • Upper Intermidiate English is a must 

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years relevant experience (marketing, brand/category management, trade marketing, sales) in a Western company
  • Experience in sales, service marketing, direct selling  is a plus
  • Trade or brand marketing experience
